Hello is hej (pronounced hi). I went last week to Radisson Blu Hotel and I found out that they are having Scandinavian Nights. You can join them at the Al Bustan restaurant March 21-27 to enjoy tasty food from open sandwiches, wraps and tasty meat balls to freshly prepared salads and spectacular desserts.

You can enjoy marinated herring, smoked salmon with red onions and horse radish cream, lamb with root vegetables and Swedish meatballs with potato salad. There’s also freshly baked rye bread, sourdough and crisp bread to accompany your meal.
