Building a new villa can be a headache, but the easiest part is choosing your architecture consultant and picking out the design and layout. Lajeen Ironworks' finishing department receives each project from fabrication and uses a variety of techniques to achieve a finish that is both durable and aesthetically pleasing. Most steel and iron pieces are grit blasted prior to application of finish coats. For outdoor installation, they use the latest high-solids catalyzed urethane prime and finish coats for maximum UV resistance and longevity. Patination, gold leaf (gilding) and antique washes are hand applied on many custom projects.
They normally deliver the finished product to its final destination using specially-equipped installation trucks. Their skilled personnel, under the direction of the lead fabricator, complete the installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
